Talk to the Hand: Live in Michigan

Barenaked Ladies are Canada’s favorite fun-filled band. They have produced their first ever live CD/DVD combo entitled Talk to the Hand: Live in Michigan. Being known as one of the top touring acts across North America; this live DVD and CD captures the true essence of who the Barenaked Ladies really are in concert. Filmed in June of 2007 in Clarkston, MI in front of 15,000 fans this DVD/CD contains 15 of the best songs by the Barenaked Ladies. Some of the hits include “One Week”, “If I Had $1,000,000” and fan favorites “Pinch Me”, “Powder” and many more. The DVD is the same as the audio recording with extras, “Backstage With the Ladies”, Sound Check of featuring “Angry People” and a photo assortment.

Talk to the Hand: Live in Michigan is also released in environmentally friendly packaging as the DVD will be printed on Cascades Prokote paperboard and the tray will be made up on something called Paperfoam (they are 100% biodegradeable). All the inks are also a vegetable based ink.

Basically if you like Barenaked Ladies (the band, not actual naked ladies) then this combo is a must for you. If you don’t really care to purchase the combo you may purchase either the CD or DVD separately. I myself am not a huge fan of the band but I found this to be a nice collection of their greatest songs and it also gave me a look at what the band is like in concert.

Key Tracks: “One Week”
